A main referent in administrative law in the region, advising not only international organizations but also arbitrating on administrative law cases involving country disputes.
On September 2019 Dr. García Pulles was unanimously declared, by the Legislature of the City of Buenos Aires as "Outstanding Personality in the field of Legal Sciences".
He is an advisor to various companies in contentious-administrative matters, administrative contracts and public works, gas distribution, energy generation, transportation and distribution, automotive industry, real estate developments, pharmaceutical and gaming industries.
He served as Deputy Attorney of the National Treasury Department in charge of such governmental body by decision of the Executive Power.
Likewise, he was appointed as Auxiliary Judge of the National Chamber of Appeals in Federal Administrative Litigation and currently of the National Chamber of Appeals in Administrative and Tax Litigation of the City of Buenos Aires.
President of the Argentine Association of Administrative Law (“Asociación Argentina de Derecho Administrativo” - AADA) and member of its Executive Committee.
He has been recently appointed as expert witness on Argentine Civil and Commercial Procedural Law in the international arbitration promoted by Chevron Corporation Inc. against the Republic of Ecuador, before the International Arbitration Tribunal of The Hague, Netherlands.

He has advised clients related to the automotive industry, engine manufacturers, logistics, chemicals, construction of public and private works, insurance, gas distribution, market services, pharmaceuticals, food distributors, banks, and highways concession companies.

Alejandro M. de Achaval

His professional practice is rendered in the country and abroad involving multiple areas of law, such as corporate, real estate, sports, environmental and labor law, specializing in mergers and acquisitions and foreign investments and transnational businesses, having also participated in multiple privatization processes, financial business and regulatory matters.
He was a member of and also advised the board of directors of numerous national and foreign companies from different industrial and commercial sectors such as paper, forestry, food, agriculture, chemicals, energy, communications and sports.
Within these sectors, he intervened and advises in numerous investment projects in Latin America.
Born in the United States of America, between 1983 and 1986 worked as an associate at the corporate department of White & Case New York offices. Upon his return to Argentina, he became partner at Curutchet & Odriozola until 1998, partner at Estudio O'Farrell until 2002 and later Of Counsel until 2021.

Nicolás Benvenuto

His practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and foreign investments, project finance, capital markets, and general corporate law.
He advises companies, private investment funds and family companies, in local and international mergers and acquisitions, private equity and in multiple financial transactions. Likewise, he has experience in advising clients related to the energy, technology, sports and communications sectors.
He assists clients involved in complex corporate conflicts, insolvency and bankruptcies proceedings.
During 2017 and 2018, Nicolás worked as a foreign associate at Paul Hastings LLP offices in New York. His practice covered sectors such as energy, oil, and infrastructure, advising sponsors and lenders in cross-border and M&A financial operations, carried out in various jurisdictions in Latin America.

Noemí Apezechea

She specializes in advising on family and inheritance law matters, with extensive experience handling judicial proceedings in these fields and in the area of damages derived from contractual and extra-contractual civil liabilities.

She graduated at the School of Law of the University of Buenos Aires (1985) with specialty in family and inheritance law.
Academic Work
She has carried out extensive teaching work at the School of Law of the University of Buenos Aires, in the positions of Head of Practical Works, Interim Adjunct Professor and Regular Adjunct Professor of Civil Law V -Family and Inheritance-, from 1986 and up to date. Also appointed as Associate Professor being in charge of the course on "Marriage Patrimonial Regime" of the Oriented Professional Cycle between 1991 and 1995.
She also carried out teaching activities at the Universidad del Museo Social Argentino, as Adjunct Professor of Civil Law V -Family and Inheritance-, Associate Professor of Family and Inheritance Law at the Universidad Argentina John F. Claudio Sanchez Sopeña

Specialized in civil and commercial law, mainly oriented to the litigation area. His professional practice includes complex litigation, corporate disputes, insolvencies and bankruptcies, disputes in the telecommunications, automotive and clothing and footwear industries, and lawsuits involving marketing agreements (distribution, concession, agency, among others).
He has extensive experience in arbitrations before the main national centers (Tribunal de Arbitraje de la Bolsa de Comercio, CEMA, etc.).
Within his area of expertise, he provided advice to companies of the following industries: public utilities (e.g.: telecommunications, gas, and electricity), banks, oil and gas, agrochemicals and seed, automotive, retail, agricultural producers, textiles, public and private construction companies, universities, tech and start-ups, among others.
Before joining GPCA, he worked at Estudio O'Farrell between 1996 and 2020; Telefónica de Argentina S.A. between 1990 and 1995; and Empresa Nacional de Telecomunicaciones between 1984 and 1990.

Before joining GPCA, he was as partner at Estudio O’Farrell in the Corporate Law and M&A Department for 8 years. Previously, he worked as an associate at Marval, O’Farrell & Mairal and Brons & Salas law firms.

Lucía Fernández Urquizú

Advisor in the Parliament of the Legislature of the City of Buenos Aires Government and Undersecretary of Administrative Liaison.
In 2018, she joined as Director of Legal Affairs of the National Civil Aviation Administration, in charge of the coordination of the following departments: Administrative Management, Aeronautical Affairs, Infrastructure and Services and Judicial Management.
In 2019, she represented the Argentine State in the Working Group for the Review of the Rules for Dispute Resolutions.
She worked as of counsel at Estudio O`Farrell in matters related to aeronautical law.

Obtained a degree in International Relations at the University del Salvador, and a Law degree at the Universidad de Buenos Aires.

He also formed part of the Parliamentary Relations Secretariat and of the Coordination Cabinet under the authority of the Chief Cabinet Office, National Executive Branch.
